What is the difference between a part and an accessory?
A part is an item that is a component of the basic design of the product and the product needs to function.
An accessory is anything extra that can be used to enhance the product.
How do I order parts?
Parts can be ordered by calling our parts investigators toll free at 888-AP WAGNER (888-279-2463). Parts can be ordered from the web, by filling out a part order form located under "Find Parts."
What is an original replacement part?
Original replacement parts are parts that match the part that came with the appliance. These parts are certified by the manufacturer to match the part that came with the appliance when it was new.
What is the difference between an original part and a replacement after market part?
Original parts are produced by the manufacturer to be exactly like the original part. After market parts are produced by a third party to copy the original part. AP Wagner is factory authorized to sell OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Parts for Maytag, Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Thermador and Haier.
Are all the parts that you sell new?
Yes, all parts that we sell are new.

Why can't I look up my own parts and order online?
Even though many parts look alike, there may be differences between models, even those made by the same manufacturer in the same year. We at AP Wagner take pride in the fact that we ship you the right part the first time. Our parts return rate is the lowest in the industry because we take the extra steps to help you get it right.
How can I order Accessories for my appliance?
All appliance accessories are available online in our Accessory Superstore. Appliance accessories can also be purchased by calling our Parts Investigators toll free at 888-AP-WAGNER (888-279-2463).
How do I find my model number?
Click on the "Find my Model Number" link located in the navigation menu at the bottom of the page for help in finding your appliance model number.
What if I don't know my part number?

What are my shipping options and how much will it cost?
Items are shipped standard UPS at a rate of $6.99. Next Day Options are available, please call for details. Larger items may incur higher shipping costs.

May I return items?
30 Day Return Policy - If you decide to return an item within 30 days, just put it back in the box (in unused, like new condition). Next call us toll free at 888-AP Wagner (888-279-2463) and we'll issue a return merchandise authorization.
